Hello, I'm wondering what got you started in coding and how could I make my own?

hallo! i'm glad you asked :3 initially i was stuck in creative limbo and the nostalgia of MySpace had me itching to make my own webpage. unfortunately I was too young and was only able to experience the beauty of MySpace on the way out due to its rising competition with Facebook :/ i simply googled "how to make my own website" and got started with Neocities! :D if you're completely new to coding Neocities is amazing with walking you through it!

i appreciate that :> to answer your question the ability to know how is extremely handy and if a computer can do it why not learn as well if that makes sense :) (side thought: i've noticed the art of human touch in technology slowly dying out as humans leave the inner workings to machines nowadays. apologies if that sounds old school)

i've finally started on the info page to GrandpasBackyard's main webpage! woohoo! :D im hoping it won't take as long as the mainpage because i still struggle with the positioning of specific layouts on each page. i'm sure i'll get better with time and as every webpage it'll constantly be updating and changing. i have very high hopes of having the full site running and ready for use before the New Year

i think i've got a fairly good idea on how to properly apply a music player onto my pages :) however i'm unsure if a music player on every page would be overkill. once i get it down and apply it to the info page then hopefully that'll help me decide what i wanna do for each webpage
